Thank you for visiting my site. This is Justin Collins from Dayton, OH. This is my story on how filling out 2 forms changed my life. My Story

A year ago I was an account manager for a (lame) PVC manufacturing company. Not exactly what I dreamed of becoming when I was growing up. The job I had before that, I used to work in at a mortgage company. That job I did like. Initially I was just one of the processors and then started working in the sales department.
